  1. You live in an alternate reality. Russia looks at India as nothing more than an arms customer. Even before Quad, Russia would never count India for anything but to buy arms. You continuously seem to forget that India is only a 2.6T economy and estimated at 2.8+ T for 2021, which is puny compared to China. You will have to grow 15 to 20% each year for over a decade to even catch with where China is TODAY. UNREALISTIC, bro.
