  1. No worries.. Those are Yuan denominated govt debts. Debts in China are fully backed by a 50% household savings rate, USD 3.4T in FX reserves, USD 1.1T lent to the US treasury and an ongoing trade surplus every single month.

The country and Central govt have plenty of resources and tools to help. It's like when you have a child or an employee, you don't go running to bail him out each time he gets into trouble, do you?
