UPI is an India solution and is not 'used' in any country. Countries like Singapore merely interface their own system to UPI so Indian workers can send money home

@manishkaushik4595 China has alipay and wechat pay.. Much, much larger than UPI but my point is all these are specific to the country. You cannot take UPI and implement in Brazil! They have different banks and payments systems! Sure you can have their systems interface to UPI to send and receive money with India just like India and Singapore have. But that's is not 'using UPI'
