  3. Don't understand what Indians keep talking about with regard to UPI. The countries like Singapore have merely linked their own real-time payments like PayNow for Singapore.. to UPI so Indian workers can send money back home. Singapore is not 'using UPI'!! And neither would all the countries that already have their own. Modi and his govt either don't understand the tech or they are trying to boast and fool people.
