This guy is a little outdated when he says things like China uses Soviet era tanks and the aircraft it has isn't up to par. That IS presumptuous cause the US planes typically go at it pretty much unopposed in the Middle East or Africa. They don't have credible airforces! BUt most importantly, China is not looking at spreading its assets globally. Just near /on its shores, a bit of western Pacific and the Indian ocean.
