@mayday9621 well, look at how far China has come and then look at India. Pick any developmental metric you wish. Not sure why you think continuously crowing about being the ' biggest democracy' has actually helped India. Unbridled democracy to a large illiterate base is good? Do they even understand what they are voting for? And BTW, democracy under modi is under threat BUT being replaced by an untenable Hindu Nationalist construct. Recipe for disaster. As if there isn't enough religion in India!

@subash bist you cannot 'invade' your own country actually. Taiwan was taken away just like Hong Kong and Macau. One by one will be returned. That's the way it is going to be. As for you..what you call 'India' today was a gif by the British...there was no India before you were colonised. It was just a bunch of fiefdoms.so maybe you want to look up to the Brits..China does not .

India parliament is a joke. Half of the MPs have criminal cases against them. Many for serious charges like rape (of course that's India) and murder.
