  2. The more lies and hyperbole about how India 'saved' everyone while China 'trapped' them.. The more countries will hate Indians. India is NOT the only country that helped Maldives AND Srilanka. Neither is it the largest helper. Others help quietly while Indians give a couple rupees and trumpet it all around complete with lies.

  3.  @abhijeet4544  same as what India did with Srilanka. Most of that was nothing but credit to buy INDIAN GOODS from Indian businesses and some loan deferment. Very little was actual cash.

  4. Indian tourists to the Maldives are mostly low cost. Only a tiny percentage go to the expensive resorts that Maldives is famous for. And counting number on the last couple years of covid and declaring India the top contributor is laughable. Another bluster from Indians.
