  1. Indian nonsense again.. Biden and the US did NOT offer anything to India. It was a mere suggestion by a committee with 2 'Indian Origin' congressmen/senators on it.

  2.  @himanshisharma487  no they have not 'offered'. You are confusing a recommendation by a committee to an official invite. Same confusion you have about UNSC invitation to India in the 1950s. Also never happened officially.
