Apples sells just 6B in India.. Barely 1.5% of its revenue. This opening of retail stores was perhaps a condition for apple to get various facilities for its factories. Tax breaks, cheap land, cheap power?

@shreyaskumarrath721 everyone is relaxed except Indians who keep harping about 'shift' or Apple 'leaving China for India'. Facts say differently. Factories are still being opened in China and to date, there are 44 apple shops in China with 5 in Beijing alone. Apple ain't going nowhere. 😅
