  1. The guys needs to update himself. China's Navy has around 100 vessels between 4000 and 13000 tons consisting type 054 frigates, 052 destroyers and 055 cruisers/destroyers. They regularly go to the gulf of Aden on anti piracy missions and UN missions. Additionally, China has the Beidou full-fledged satellite navigation system built by its military.
