  3.  @amiyach9826  yes.. India has been going around the world begging for tech transfer. It's been refused by almost everyone including France, Germany, UK, Israel etc. And if you look at the Ge414 deal being talked about, where is the Tech transfer? There is almost none.. It's just assembly under license.
