Srilanka owes China only 10 percent of its external debt, behind Japan and miles behind IMF/worldbank/capital markets. And money was given to SriLanka for the hambatota port NOT to pay Chinese creditors but to shore up its FX reserves. Why do Indians keep spreading fake news!?
