  2. This report is EXCESS deaths over what countries reported. So, yes, it can be negative to account for any wrong classification. Indians should learn how to improve their system instead of jumping on folks who point out the obvious discrepancies...on any matter. The worldwide coverage of the chaos in India in 2020 speaks for itself.

  4.  @hkumar7340  go back and see the footage. Night and day. You must learn to accept. You could see people almost dying by the roadside in India. Not the same as the other countries you mentioned. I am astounded you even want to bring in Shanghai. They are testing and putting people in quarantine... Nobody is dying by the roadside and begging for oxygen. Absolutely not the same.
