Does this guy not know that 1) China only spends 1.7% of its GDP on its military? one of the lowest rates among major countries and less than half of what the US spends of its GDP 2) China makes billions of dollars in USD surplus each month and it has to have an outlet for those, now that it no longer wants to lend them to the US? 3) If you call 5.4% growth on an 19T economy a "slowdown", that's fine. lol

  2. Indian Army is about giving jobs and cash to peasants & their families in exchange for votes and tranquility . That's how Indian goverment works. It's not going to play second fiddle to the Navy or be its equal.
