Fair question. But a more pertinent question should be how can apple, samsung etc get away with charging so much for their widgets ! How much of it is profit, marketing, fat cat pay packages etc compared to the actual cost of the goods!

@tycobandit have seen or held a Xiaomi, Huawei or OPPO phone in your hand? There is nothing copied in them.

@ronblack7870 I bought one on Alibaba for 30+ bucks. Been working for over 2 months and I am not particularly careful with it washing my hands for example. Works fine. It's either android based or proprietary OS though. Not apple.

@weird-guy the price of an apple watch is 140? Who told you that? And I am not saying the 10 dollar watch is of the same standards as apple but is apples watch 50 to 80 times better?
