  38. Indian nonsense.. Huawei spends 50B USD in R&D a year. They started looking at manufacturing tech and chip tools after sanctions in 2018. It's been 5 years. They already had chip design via Hisilicon that TSMC manufactured and own the most 5G patents globally. Now Huawei is helping SMIC with 5nm and 7nm chips with tools it made in those 5 Years.

I just pick 1 of your so-called 'elephant'... 99% of chinese debts (and you have self-servingly lumped both public and private debts together! ) are local debts denominated in Yuan and backed by not only 3.5T forex, 0.9T US treasury bills, many trillions lent to BRI, billions made each year by SOEs, billions more in surplus trade each MONTH but most importantly a 40+% savings rate by the population. In other words, China is 'borrowing' from itself.. Its citizens.
