  1. Usd312 is like 'free' for such a large apartment! However, Guizhou province is one of the poorest areas In China and super remote. Think it's bottom 3 out of 31. An apartment like this and of that size would be costing many times (8x for a mid quality one? ) more in T1 cities, I beleieve. Having said that, public infrastructure and facilities are still good.
