She literally tried to beat cop across the road with his sirens hoing so she knows hes there and responding to an emergency call it was a accident but she is at fault though so yeah he shouldnt be charged with a crime when she could've just waited like how everyone had to pull to the side of the road for emergency vehicles and if you dont its a crime
