And either way his lights we're already going so we all know she had to look that way before crossing and see them coming its the law to move out of the way or wait for emergency vehicles to pass by before going. Crosswalk or not she had to look his way and would see his lights and tried to beat him shes at fault for her own death and if she kept them from getting to the person their responding to and they die if she survived she'd be charged with murder 👀 🤷🏻‍♀️

Laughing is one the coping mechaniss for people who just went through a traumatic experience 🫲🏻 and his lights were already going she had to look his way and see that its the law to give way for emergency vehicles or youll get charged with a crime he was responding to someone overdosing aka ✨️dying✨️ and if she survived and that person died from her causing that she'd get charged with murder and hindering a emergency vehicle from being able to aid the person overdosing she knew he was there and coming with lights on she caused her death herself hes not at fault whether he was actually laughing at her or not isnt a crime because the fact is she still tried to beat him 🤷🏻‍♀️

@HugoPerez-rj5cm he was responding to someone overdosing so someone was dying by law he didnt do anything wrong when lights on a police car come on it becomes a emergency vehicle not just a cop car and theres lawful and unlawful use of sirens in most places and areas the full video showed him chirp them at a intersection 70 for me a Hooiser actually isnt fast <,.< everyone normally goes over 80.
