New bern north carolina Court system forced me to speak in court without my mom/guardian because I have a severe trumatic brain injury so by Law they had no right to speak to me unless she was present I was only there with my brother to just sit in and listen not be made to speak in court simply because the landlord didn't care that it was pointless for me to sign the lease because im legally not able to because of my disability so their reason the first time they did is because I didn't receive government money for it. It's doesn't make if if I gain government grants for it just because I don't get them doesn't make me not disabled the second time the first judge neglected to inform the system that I am disabled since their recorder was conveniently not working that day but I luckily since I'm from another state recorded it on my phone since in indiana Information desk workers Aren't judges and if someone was to act as a judge they'd have to be sworn in by sheriff's but she wasn't and I also didn't care since they were letting a false eviction go through. Can't wait to get me my money because making me nervous can cause memory loss after those incidents I literally couldn't remember anything that was said in the court room if I hadn't recorded it👌🏻 they'll pay for the damages they cause
