Thanks for another GREAT SHARE! I agree totally with your food and medicine feelings, but unfortunately have to take meds to keep from being diabetic, and blood pressure meds for what I believe is stress related. I have sworn off some meds, even though multiple Doctors say I should take statins etc. as I age, BUT, I remember as you pointed out, the side effects were worse than the symptoms. Unfortunately, I believe big Pharm and medical industry self promote more for profit than out well being. Wise choice to spend more on quality food and read labels more. Thanks again! Cheers! :)
