I think the Law should charge them with THEFT of FUNDS and make them PAY IT BACK AND maybe he van go to jail and bribe the officials again with his $100 Mil... there are too many NEEDY people that NEED the FUNDS! You are robbing the poor to line your pockets! I feel VERY Strongly anout helping famlies, CHILDREN, and Senios striggling to live let alone mange...
