  1. Imagine going to somewhere and being able to say, "you need to hire me to waste money". But if you don't have a role you need to MAKE ONE, so I can waste money and cause chaos (ultimately creating a toxic work environment and eating your company from the inside). It is basically malignant corporate cancer. "And why do you deserve this role?", "Because I have all these non-work-related traits that would cause a discrimination suit for you to even mention in a normal job interview." The role itself is almost letter to letter the same as if, during the crusades, the Catholic Church required you to have an observer in every company to make sure there is no 'satanic influence'. But unlike the nebulous DEI, the church at least has laws and frameworks to hold members accountable, when the inevitable corruption and witchunts occur.

  3. "I ignore you but you keep making content" ...So now you are going to go there?? Just... Why? I assume your perspective on creating content isn't too provoke a response from the entity that is the subject. But if I am wrong, that creates a very different perspective on your commentary (past and present). This all just seems silly. At this point better to just detatch and carry on. People have short memories when they aren't reminded.

  6. Here's the thing. If these people cared about fairness, and equality, and merit, but wanted to improve outcomes by the numbers. They would look at asians, and individuals within visible minorities who have succeeded, and try to structurally facillitate that shift (offer don't impose). Slowly we would get there, though you will always have some companies and jobs with more 'representation' (of those groups) and some with less, since people choose their own career paths. But no, they choose to be actual bigots instead. Begrudging asians for their capabilities, hard work, and success (On top of caucasians, and anyone else who doesn't kiss the ring, or they percieve as getting ahead).
