  2. I think anonymized accusations are important. However, if it is found false then their name is revealed and punished accordingly. But if the investigation lacks evidence then the accuser remains anonymous until a definitive answer is reached. Why? Power dynamic is always a thing and you want minimal barriers to those who are actual victims while maximizing safeguards to ensure a fair investigation and judgement. Be it retaliation, prejudice, etc. But BOTH parties should be anonymous to the public until conclusions are reached (for any accusation really). Because either way the public is going to have presumptions, it interferes with the jury process, and it creates consequences before any consequences have been proven to be deserved.

  5. 10:00 That's wayy to generalized. Are male doctors performing the 'dirtier jobs'? Do they have more critical patients? Do female doctors favour younger patients? These are things reports abuse or neglect based on the statistics they find.

  6. False reality misusing statistics. It is stupid we are still living in the shadow of this misinformation. Now does it still happen on occasion? Yes, and when it does happen (any employment crime really) people need to stop trying to just ignore it. Even if you don't sue, file the complaint.
