  10. It is incredibly easy to make a homemade gun. Especially if you only need to fire it once or twice. As strict as gun laws are, you can never prevent murders in absolute. Even if there was no 'gun' one can always find another way. In reality we rely most on the the concepts of mutual safety and trust. I just pray there are no copy-cats.

  11. "threaten and intimidate workers by not wearing masks" If protesting the wearing of masks is the intent, you cannot claim the intent is as alleged unless you have substantial evidence. Even then, you are looking at each individual in Isolation. We cannot know intent/state of mind of a seperate entity which has a unique conscience. At best we can try to draw parallels by putting ourselves in their shoes, hearing about their nature and having a lot of knowledge surrounding an individual leading up to an event.
