  1. Thank you for doing this, I was feeling obligated to make a video breaking this down but I don't like making videos like this, and no one will see it if I do. That said, Steve's introspection is what makes him as good as he is. There is always too much self-doubt, but we don't want him becoming CNN, Fox News, Buzzfeed, or Kotaku to never acknowledge their mistakes, attack viewers, and be so big headed that he ends up thinking only he and his opinion matters. But I hope Steve doesn't end up at that extreme either. Although those were my initial impressions of him (based on one video out of context), I am glad I gave GN a chance and watched more.

  3. Adobe tried to yank my lawfully purchased (and absurdly expensive) copy of Creative Suite 6 the other day. Fortunately the software lacks the tools to erase itself. Likely a move to push me onto their online service featuring their largely no-value added software (that's what 20 years old now?) and charge me hundreds of dollars a year. Instead of the much more rational and less predatory system (privacy, IP, pricing) of peruodiy selling updated versions with additional features and compatibility with new Operating systems..
