  9. Everything Zelensky is doing right now is illegal. First, according to the constitution, he is no longer the president. However, even if everything is fine as far as that is concerned, he has no right to negotiate. Zelensky himself (with the help of the government) banned negotiations with Russia by law. Which means that right now he can't do anything that isn't illegal. Which means that the man is simply lying. He is forced to negotiate. The fact that he pretends that he determines what and how is just a show for us the audience.
