Ruble. Yes it is strong. And intentionally dropped down because of the cap on the oil and gas prices. On this way they will have the same amount of money even if they get less dollars. This comment before mine isn't true at all. In fact Russian economy is better than ever before whit so much of spending money on the war. They have less than a three percent of the inflation for this year. How big is inflation in the USA and in the Europe? Over 20 percent of inflation. This can tell you the difference between the economy of the Russia and our countries.
