They killing yor people in the most horrifying genocidal way. Sending them to the certain death instead of the organization of some kind with those people and making a big attacks. They are sending them by thousand one group after another. It is a war crime of the worst kind i ever had heard of. I am really sorry for everything your frauded country especially people going through. Country isn't so important like lives of people are. You can see how Russians does it. They guard their soldiers even if they must withdraw like from Kherson area on the west bank of the Dnieper river.
