@derikuk2967 Ukrainians does it all the time. From 2014. They putting weapons and military personnel in the civilian areas all the time, and what is the most monstrous thing to do is that they hitting civiliams intentionally. They kill their own civilians, i don't count people under the Russian control who were killed there!! Everything is a war crime did by Ukrainians. I don't say that Russians don't do that. But we know for sure that Ukrainian military groups does major war crimes.
