  1. Did you happen to say that Russia was targeting civilians in Ukraine with cluster munitions yesterday or the day before yesterday? Is it such a comparison? Because we know that the Ukrainians targeted Belgorod with cluster munitions. I hate these half-truths, it leads us to misunderstand reality. The Russians did target, with missiles and drones, military industrial targets, and of course people died. However, there is a huge difference between intentionally targeting civilians and targeting an object, regardless of who was in that object, if it is of military importance. If not, then it is still a war crime. Every crime is a crime, whoever commits it. Russians or Ukrainians.
