  1. Why would we even say that someone is first? Why shouldn't we all be first among equals? Everything else is manipulation by a tiny, manipulative minority against the interests of the vast majority.

The difference is whether our eyes are blinded by the glare of having something that most people don't have or whether you look at reality with an essential, understanding eye. If there were no slavery, we wouldn't be communicating on our cell phones. Which means we consciously or unconsciously participate in everything bad.
