I haven't thought about it too much, but now that aid to other "countries" from the United States is mentioned, I think it would be good for you to carefully consider who you are actually giving cash to, who is actually seeing that money from the citizens of the country you are sending money to !!??? Sending money to the state without insurance is like letting a child guard a drop of water in the child's palm!!!
