  1. I will explain what the Petro-dollar is. The gold economy has a constant value depending on the amount of gold in the treasury. The petro-dollar is a manipulative currency based on the amount of oil that fluctuates to suit the market manipulators. Which means that they can say, that today they have discovered billions of tons of oil without physical evidence. While gold is always tangible and it doesn't count how much gold there is still to dig out from under the ground, like they do with oil, what counts is what is already in use.
