  1. Yes, Bakhmut is still available for shelling. Until they pushed them 20 km at least away from the city, then they can say for sure that they take Bakhmut ie Artjomovsk. Until they can start rebuilding of the city, it can't be safe place for life. But overall strategic plan is done. There is a big highway and train railways hub. It connects Bakhmut and Moscow direct by the railways. It means when they take those big empty fields, i can start to call in Artjomovsk.
