  4. Hipocrites in USA says that Ukraine, Finland, Sweden have rights to choose for themselves. But no other country hasn't those same rights by the USA-NATO view. Let's say Serbia. They have no rights to choose even military non alliance with no one. It means neutral. Just like ex Jugoslavija was.
