You will see it best at the World Economic Forum WEF in Davos Switzerland. It is the starting point where they collect "new young hopes". Everything that happens or has happened, is always heard about for the first time at WEF meetings. Study a little what these "gentlemen" do.

  4. It was not like that at the meeting between Putin and Biden. They agreed no missiles in Ukraine. The story (to simplify) was over, there would be no war. However, a few days or weeks later, Anthony Blinken said that the rockets were still going to Ukraine. This is the simplest explanation for people to understand who really had the last word. Of course, such "agreements" always go without signature and ratification.
