  2. No, it's not true. These countries were colonizers, some of them are even today. Like USA, Great Britain, France, Spain, Portugal, Holland, Italy and maybe some others. Always these countries ALWAYS. Germany? I cannot say that there were any great colonizers. UK, Spain, France and USA. How does NEW YORK - LONDON - PARIS work? New York America, Paris Europe and London in the middle as the former biggest colonial criminals?
