  1. Are you 100 percent sure ISIS released this? You claim that as if you know everything? Even the investigators still don't know 50% of the horror that happened in Moscow, but you know exactly who played the video, that is, who recorded the video? No problem, I personally can make the same video like this and say "here ISIS released a new video". How come when they attacked Paris several years ago, they didn't release the footage of the attack?
