  4. Which security framework? Like this in Ukraine? If they want, they can stop the war immediately. Just what they need to do is to speak with Russia. Security framework without Russia doesn't exist nor would exist. I know now why he say so, he is planmer behind of the Zelensky. Man who don't know how to walk properly let alone something in the terms of the military personnel, strategy, tactics etc. They are "meat" producers
