  1. Where is this in Odessa? Regardless of whether this is a civilian or military area, it's wrong, it's a war crime in my opinion. Regardless of who "started first". If you are truly human, you will condemn them as you condemn the USA and the Ukrainian regime. There can be no double standards for anything in this world. Either something is one way or the other, it cannot be both at the same time. So, I condemn this attack with cluster munitions like any other, with the deepest abhorrence. Person learns little by little. I hope that I will learn almost everything that I should have learned a long time ago, at least before I die?!!!
