  1. Only what is a very bad thing here is a civilian victims. Innocent people who are maybe not involved or interested in ending Russian lives. But even if they are, i am so sorry for every single victim. Especially because of the fact that they are used to kill each other.   2. This building should be hit by 20 drones to reduce it on such a ruble. This was some kind of missile! Just looking at the attack on the Moscow you can see that those drones can't even broke the windows around the place of impact. I don't believe a word about intentional Russian targeting the civilians. But again here could be a military command or something like that! Just like in the schools, kindergartens and hospitals.   3. No. Ukraine will be just like Mariupol today. If Ukrainian Nazis allowed to civilian workers to rebuild the city from the scratch. I say this because of the terrorist attack on those workers.
