  1. No he can't. Because of his past. Sadly. But the reality is that who determines what is what isn't and who is who and vice versa. He participated in the war in ex Yugoslavia telling people things which were warmongering and asking for bigger Serbia. Sadly right now they get almost the same cure, like his cure was in the war 1990s. But again i am not for independence of Kosovo like different country, but country inside the other country, which has a full libaral laws of ruling. They will choose the best for Kosovo people, with the help of the government of Serbia. Only things which can be together are the borders, currency, laws on the federal level, economy. Police inside of populated places should be from both sides in mixed cities and in the places where are just one of them, their own personal. Everything else would be on the government of the Kosovo, but everything what they do both on Kosovo other side should be noted about intentions and talk together on behalf of the people who live there. Let's say Russia, i learned that they have 143 different nationalists. But they are all like one, Russians and they almost all speak Russian. But they also have a different languages in different cultures inside the overall culture of the Russian Federation. It should be like in Russia everywhere. I didn't know that they have so much different people. I knew about several like, Tatars, Cossacks, Chechenyies, and a few Indians like different groups of people. But over 100 or 143 at least, i can't believe. Sad how those people suffered and suffer right now, just because of the others criminal minds. Napoleon, Hitler and now J. Biden, V. Zelenski, A. Merkel P. , Poroshenko and F. Holland. But Zelenski did not do anything until Biden's fraudulent winning of the presidential election in the USA. Zelenski is the away less guilty than a president J. Biden, Petro Poroshenko Ukraine, A Merkel Germany and F. Holland France. Those last three were those who were lying to Russia, just to prepare Ukraine for war. Did they celebrate their success of death of at least 150.000 Ukrainians!?😢 😢 😢 😢 I am not invited to celebration. 🤣🤣
