He should not be worried about those, he should be worried about the strategic nuclear power 1 megaton power.. Until the tactical have from 1 - 100 Kiloton. They don't need those nukes for attack in self-defense. 1 Russian nuke can destroy a half of Poland. I want to say that thy knew this so many times better than i do.
