If we talk about citizens of Ukraine who are Bulgarians, Romanians, etc. In Ukraine there are even areas that are still named after the names of two current European countries Croatia and Serbia, imagine that!!? It is not the same to be part of Ukraine and perhaps to be originally from ancient territory of the current Ukraine, or the then Russian Empire and the time before the Russian Empire.
