Does this mean that the Chinese can go to Mexico 🇲🇽 and put their military troops and allow the infiltration of drug cartels or extremists within the Mexican army to kill all US citizens who live 100-200 kilometers from the border of the United States inside Mexico, to "degrade the army" USA?? Plus nuclear threats every now and then. Imagine who is not "afraid" of a nuclear war?
