One thing is what they said in public, and the other is that in reality they did not really ask for any restrictions, the USA in reality supports the crime, without the USA the crime would not be possible. Which means that Benjamin Netanyahu is not the main culprit for anything. Instead of Netanyahu and Galant, the ICC court would have to indict Joe Biden and Anthony Blinken for war crimes committed against humanity.
