  3.  @roylavecchia1436  Yes, I know that. Maybe it will happen today, maybe in a thousand years, maybe in a million !? These stories are just to intimidate people, nothing else. If a landslide does happen, what can we do about it? Nothing. But I know it doesn’t happen. Of course, unless some truly devastating earthquake happens, which I don't believe it will.
