I don't know if Donald Trump is joking, but everything about Western politicians is said by his not the first nor the only completely incorrect statement, namely his question, is Spain in BRICKS. Anyone with any sense knows that Spain is in NATO. This is an example of how politicians in the West have no idea what they are talking about, and are acting like people you can't live without!!???
