The USA will negotiate not only on its own behalf, but also on behalf of Ukraine. However, "Ukraine is not occupied by the USA".

  4. People are not aware of how easily public opinion changes. Public opinion can change within 24 hours. There are countless such examples. I have already written that if someone is truly a war criminal, they cannot sleep peacefully even if they themselves do not sleep peacefully, i.e., if their conscience is acting on them.
